Coordination Mechanism Of Quality Behavior In Dairy Products Supply Chain Based On Differential Game

The quality coordination of dairy stations and dairy products processing enterprises in dairy supply chain has an important impact on the quality of dairy products.The choice of the income distribution coefficient is the key task of the quality coordination of dairy supply chain.The essence of the allocation coefficient is the optimal control problem.Based on differential game theory,this paper studies the quality coordination of dairy products processing enterprises and dairy stations.Based on the study of the coordination of dairy products supply chain quality behavior,research from the coordination problems of general supply chain quality,using the differential game method,in-depth study is composed of dairy and milk station two dairy supply chain quality behavior coordination mechanism,the effects of Nash equilibrium and Stackelberg equilibrium and cooperative equilibrium the situation stands and milk prices the optimal quality decision.The results show that in the case of cooperative equilibrium,milk quality and dairy station's quality behavior and the overall profit of dairy supply chain are better than the corresponding value in the case of non cooperative equilibrium.Then,the range of the overall profit distribution coefficient of dairy supply chain which can make the dairy station and dairy products processing enterprises' s profit reach Pareto optimal and then achieve the coordination of both quality and behavior is proved.Finally,an example is given to verify the conclusion.The quality of the behavior of dairy supply chain is not only influenced by the behavior of enterprises in the supply chain,and may be influenced by the behavior of the government,the influence of government behavior including the impact on supply chain performance and fine milk prices.Through the game model,the study of government behavior under the government behavior can be seen,the Stackelberg game model to cooperative game model,the optimal profit of dairy supply chain will enhance the quality of behavior of dairy stations and milk prices will increase;the government behavior and has no effect on the main from the game model of cost sharing coefficient temperature control;level of milk quality and milk station behavior mainly depends on the government's regulatory exposure behavior influence coefficients of the total profit of the supply chain,the level of processing milk prices both by the regulatory exposure impacts on the total profit of the supply chain,but also by the impact of government fines behavior.This paper studies the cooperation of suppliers(dairy stations)and manufacturers(dairy products processing enterprises)in the quality improvement of dairy supply chain.This study can help dairy enterprises and dairy stations to develop the best quality plan,and provide scientific guidance for the quality decision of managers.
