Shandong province is a large animal husbandry province,and it is one of the provinces with the largest concentration of animal husbandry food enterprises.The development of animal husbandry food enterprises not only plays an important role in the economic development of the province,but also occupies an important position in the development of the food industry in the country.The strategic position.In the province’s animal husbandry work conference in January 2018,it was decided that by 2020,breakthroughs will be made in Shandong’s animal husbandry construction,and a pattern of quality herding,green development and efficiency will be formed,and the role of rural areas in revitalizing rural areas will be strengthened.By 2035,livestock husbandry will be basically realized.The modernization of the industry will improve Shandong’s modern livestock husbandry industry system,production system and management system;by 2050,it will fully realize the modernization of animal husbandry,and build Shandong into a modern animal husbandry province.Due to the scarcity of resources,many livestock and poultry production enterprises are bound to have fierce competition.Excessive niche overlap of livestock husbandry enterprises will result in excessive competition,resulting in waste of resources and disruption of market order.This is not conducive to industrial clusters and regions.economic development.The relationship between enterprises in Shandong animal husbandry and food industry clusters can only be maintained by appropriate competition and cooperation so that the cluster resources can be used effectively,win-win results among enterprises,healthy development of industrial clusters,and the healthy development of regional economies.Therefore,from the perspective of niche measurement,this paper has important theoretical and practical values for the research on the optimization of enterprise relations in food industry clusters in Shandong Province.After reading a large number of domestic and foreign related literature,field surveys,and visiting experts,based on the related concepts and theories of ecology and drawing on relevant research results,the ecological niche theory,community succession theory,and economics in the economy The clusters were combined and the enterprise relations in Shandong province’s animal husbandry food industry clusters were analyzed and measuredusing field surveys,questionnaires,literature search,expert interviews,structural equation modeling(SEM),and analytic hierarchy process(AHP).This puts forward the optimal path for the relations between enterprises.Firstly,this paper uses literature and expert interview methods to study the related concepts and theoretical foundations of ecology and industrial clusters.Second,based on the research of experts and scholars,combining actual conditions,it extracts the ecological niches affecting the domestic animal husbandry food industry clusters.The first,second,and third-level ecological factors collected sample data of 281 animal husbandry and food enterprises through on-the-spot investigations and questionnaires,and used structural equation modeling(SEM)to carry out confirmatory factor analysis of the factors affecting the niche of livestock husbandry enterprises.According to the results of the AMOS software,the main factors affecting the enterprise’s ecological niche were identified;and again,we selected two core livestock and poultry food companies in Yantai City A and B to conduct empirical research and put specific data and levels of ecological factors on the company’s ecological niche.The factor weights derived from the analytical method(AHP)are used to measure the overlapping value of the enterprise niche and analyze and propose the corresponding ecological strategy.Finally,on the basis of empirical analysis,the actual niche is expanded and the existing niche is consolidated,the separation of the original ecological niche and the search for symbiotic niche Relations between the enterprises in the cluster,animal husbandry and food industry specific optimal path to provide a reference for the establishment of industrial clusters develop good business relationships and livestock food industry cluster.
