Research On Supplier Selection Based On E-TOPSIS Method Under Mixed Evaluation Information

In 21 st Century,the global economy is changing in a more rapid way.Countries have formulated corresponding economic development policies according to their own actual conditions and the state of international economic development.If companies want to maintain a continuous state of development in the fierce competition in the market,must be faster,better,updated to meet the changing needs of customers,at the same time shorten the production cycle,accelerate order reaction rate is the key to ensuring competitive advantage.With the deepening of the thought of supply chain management,enterprises have integrated supply chain management ideas into their own development strategy.As the upstream nodes of the whole supply chain,the suppliers affect the development and performance of the whole supply chain from the source..Scientific and rational choice of suppliers can help companies steady development in the market.Based on the blended evaluation information,we present a selection of the supplier evaluation methods in this article.The main contents are as follows:Firstly this paper introduces the research background and significance,and makes a brief summary of the research on supplier selection both at home and abroad.Then the theoretical knowledge involved in this article is briefly described,such as the connotation of mixed evaluation information,the thought of supply chain management and the related concepts of supplier selection.In addition,from the factors and principles considered in supplier selection,the appropriate evaluation indexes are screened out,and a set of new multi index evaluation system for supplier selection is constructed from three levels of product advantage,enterprise advantage and cooperative advantage,which includes three first-level indicators and 12 second-level indicators;This paper briefly introduces the rating method which is often used by scholars to choose the supplier selection problem,and several single evaluation methods used in the evaluation model in detail.Finally,an example of A auto manufacturer in selecting a component supplier is given to illustrate the feasibility of the model.
