Research On Enterprise Environmental Performance Evaluation Model

Since the 1930s,a series of major environmental pollution incidents have occurred in various countries in the world,especially in the western countries,and have caused tens of thousands of people to suffer harm.The increasingly serious problems of environmental pollution and governance shocked governments,public opinion circles,academia,and even the public in various countries and gradually became the focus of social concern.As far as companies are concerned,how to use advanced technologies and advanced equipment,how to increase the utilization of raw materials,reduce loss and waste,how to adopt various effective measures such as energy saving and emission reduction,etc.,are considered as companies in preventing and controlling environmental pollution and ecological damage.The results achieved are environmental performance.Scientiflically,rationally,objectively and impartially evaluating corporate environmental performance has a positive role in promoting.The enterprise environmental performance evaluation system includes elements such as the evaluation subject,evaluation object,evaluation content,evaluation index,and evaluation method.The model and pattern composed of the above evaluation elements are the "enterprise environmental performance evaluation model”.This article thinks that the evaluation content of enterprise environmental performance evaluation is the key to distinguishing different enterprises'environmental performance evaluation models.The essence of this is that the enterprise obtains different performance results because of adopting different environmental protection measures.Therefore,this article combines the transformation of the industrial production mode of the enterprise,and establishes the enterprise environmental performance evaluation mode for enterprises under different industrial production modes respectively,and proposes the corporate environment for the linear production mode,the end governance mode,and the clean production mode in the industrial production respectively.The zero-judgment evaluation model,passive governance evaluation model,and active governance evaluation model of performance evaluation established a corresponding evaluation index system for each type of environmental performance evaluation model,and specifically analyzed the application of each evaluation model in combination with case companies.In addition,this article adopts the expert survey method to investigate the status quo of the application of the enterprise environmental performance evaluation model,and analyzes the application of the current enterprise environmental performance evaluation model and the challenges and development directions it faces.Through the study,we found that the transformation of industrial production patterns promotes the continuous improvement of corporate environmental performance evaluation models.From the zero governance evaluation model to the passive governance evaluation model,to the active governance evaluation model,the social and economic benefits achieved by companies adopting environmental protection measures are Significantly improved,the cost-benefit ratio of companies to invest in environmental protection has also been significantly improved,but at present most of China's enterprises are still applicable to the passive governance evaluation model,this is mainly due to corporate environmental protection funds,technical shortages caused by the transformation of industrial production patterns difficult.Therefore,rationally promoting enterprises to increase environmental protection technology research and development,capital investment,and guide the transformation of the production mode of enterprises is an important key to improving the level of environmental performance of Chinese companies.
