The knowledge team has been widely existing in modern enterprises and has become the most important organizational form for enterprises to carry out their work.Team members are all members of the owner of knowledge,usually based on the social network to communicate between interaction,if the social network can be used to transfer and share knowledge,it can form a internal platform to deliver knowledge,and achieve innovation in the team.Knowledge transfer and sharing and innovation promote the transfer of knowledge and the generation of new knowledge,and ensure the implementation of team goals.In this paper,based on the existing research theory,we build the relational model between team knowledge network and the innovation performance in the team,and puts the knowledge sharing as intermediary variables.In order to explore the relationship between independent variables,dependent variables and intermediate variables,we use statistical analysis tools such as SPSS and AMOS,to survey data from 135 teams are analyzed,the results showed:(1)In terms of network structure,network centrality is positively correlated with explicit and implicit knowledge sharing and innovation performance.Network heterogeneity is positively correlated with explicit knowledge sharing and innovation performance,but has no significant effect on tacit knowledge sharing;(2)In terms of network relationship,relationship intensity and relationship quality have significant positive effects on explicit and tacit knowledge sharing and innovation performance;(3)Explicit and tacit knowledge sharing have significant positive impact on team innovation performance;(4)In terms of intermediate inspection,explicit knowledge sharing plays a partial mediating role between network heterogeneity and innovation performance.Explicit and tacit knowledge sharing play a partial mediating role between knowledge network centrality and relationship intensity,relationship quality and innovation performance.Based on the results of the empirical analysis is given about the build team on the team level knowledge network and the suggestions to promote knowledge sharing within the team:(1)Focus on the heterogeneity of the team members,and determine the key characters that play a bridge role within the team,and promote the enhancement of the relationship strength and the quality of relations among the members from all aspects.(2)Consciously cultivate the team's internal knowledge sharing intention,smooth communication channels and reward knowledge sharing behaviors.
