Research On The Transformation Of Homestead Function Based On The Perspective Of Farmers' Livelihood

The development of society has promoted the diversification of livelihoods of farmers and the intensification of land use.The close connection between the two has become the focus of attention.By contrasting the historical stages in the development of the research area,the livelihood patterns of farmers have been changing.Farmers have put forward higher requirements on the quality of life.The production and living functions of housing sites have been developed into production,daily life and asset value-added functions.The diversity of homestead functions complicates the internal structure of homesteads and architectural forms.With the development of rural tourism by the point and surface,the value of suburban homestead is also generally improved,from the time point of view,"farmhouse" management of the rising prices,even those who are not operating tourism reception of farmers,future homestead income Expectations are also rising.Based on the structural and functional changes in the development of rural residential land sites,this paper selects the typical areas of Jizhou in Tianjin to conduct field surveys to study the causes of the functional transformation of rural residential land sites.The transformation of the peasant household's livelihood is the most important content and expression of the functional transformation of the land base.How to understand the process of rural social development in a certain area and how to make full use of the resources of housing sites in the hands of local farmers is the key to solving the current lag in rural development.In this paper,two case villages were surveyed,592 questionnaires were distributed,504 valid questionnaires were obtained,and the conversion rate of documents was 85.14%.Based on the questionnaire survey and the statistical yearbook,combined with the data analysis software of EXCEL and SPSS,the livelihood of farmers in the study area and the farmhouse utilization of farmers'homes were analyzed.The main findings are as follows:(1)The qualitative analysis based on the historical process of rural development shows that:Based on the two indexes of the proportion of non-agricultural income to total income and the proportion of agricultural labor input to total labor input,the paper divides farmers into purely agricultural type,agriculture-based concurrent type and migrant-oriented type.Main and industry 4 kinds.(2)Quantitative analysis of the impact of peasant household livelihood on farmhouse management:Significant factors are:engaged in agricultural labor force,the total annual income,construction area,building layers.The insignificant factors are:age of head of household,education level of head of household(below elementary school,middle school,high school or above),household registration population and housing site area.The impact of annual income is most significant.The annual income of 20000 yuan to 60000 yuan of farmers operating farmhouse is more likely to operate farmhouse music has become the common choice of farmers in the case village.The development of farmhouse music in the case village has become a scale.The value-added function of housing sites has been highlighted.
