Employment is the basis of people's livelihood,security policy.Employment problems are mainly manifested in the prominent contradiction between the demand for full employment of the labor force and the increase of the total labor force and the prominent structural contradiction between the incompetence of workers and the demand for employment.The issue of employment for ethnic minorities is universal and continuous.The employment of ethnic minorities in Xinjiang is not only a social issue,but also an outcome of the national policy of the party and the national policy of regional autonomy,as well as the major issue concerning the social harmony and stability in Xinjiang.Xinjiang's special geographical location and complex national structure make Xinjiang's economic and social development have shown the different characteristics of the inland areas.Especially in Ruthen County,a minority area mainly composed of Uighurs,the overall economic development is lagging behind with limited ability to absorb employment of the labor force.Full employment of rural ethnic minority laborers has become a key measure to promote economic development,ease the contradiction between people and land,broaden the channels of income increase,and promote The important way for the harmonious development of the region.Based on the special socio-economic development and natural landscape of Luntai County,referring to the theory of employment and poverty at home and abroad,on the condition of understanding the basic situation of employment of rural ethnic minorities in Luntai County,this paper conduct field visits to investigate the basic conditions of rural ethnic groups in Luntai County.Adopting the combination of theoretical research,empirical research,quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis as well as binary Logistic regression analysis method,this paper explores and studies the dilemmas and constraints that affect the employment of ethnic minorities in Luntai County through the variable description and empirical analysis of the questionnaire.Based on this,relevant practical and feasible policy suggestions are put forward so as to enrich the research on the employment of ethnic minorities in rural areas of Xinjiang and provide the basis and reference for the relevant departments to formulate a more reasonable employment policy for the labor force.1)Starting from the five aspects of employment ability,employment environment and conditions,employment intention,employment channels and employment training of rural ethnic minorities in Luntai County,this paper summarizes the employment status of rural ethnic minorities in Luntai County.2)By building logistic model analysis,this article analysis and found the main individual factors affecting the luntai minority poverty population includes factors of labor skills,health and culture.3)The article analyze that reasons of the employment problem of the poor people in the rural minority of Luntai County from objective and subjective aspects.4)According to the problems mentioned above and the current situation of employment of rural ethnic minorities in Luntai County,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and Suggestions suitable for alleviating the employment pressure of rural minorities in the county of routai county,so as to provide some reference for the economic development and population employment of the county.
