Research On The Tourism Poverty Alleviation Of Minority Areas In Jiangyong County

Poverty is one of the major issues of high concern in today's society,and how to solve the problem of poverty has much to do with the complete solution of“Issues of agriculture,farmer and rural area”in China and the realization of the goal of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects.The practice of tourism development in China shows that some poor and backward regions rely on their unique and attractive tourism resources to develop the tourism industry,Por-poor tourism was definite improvement.JiangYong is a provincial poverty county whose poverty issue is seriously.However,Jiangyong boasts its rich tourism resources and advantageous policy,which is the basis of the Por-poor tourism to solve the problem of local poverty.This study includes six parts.The introduction part briefly introduces the related research backgrounds,significance,methods,the natural economic and social situation in JiangYong and draws a conclusion by comparing and analyzing domestic and foreign similar research of tourism poverty.The first chapter elaborates the concept of Poor areas of ethnic minorities,Por-poor tourism,and theoretical basis-the Multiplier Effect theory,comparative advantage theory,community participation theory,sustainable development theory.In the second chapter we discuss the history,the main measures,development mode and achievements of Por-poor tourism.The third chapter analyzes the barriers and resaons of toutism development from resident participation,government management,industry sustainable development.The fourth chapter discusses the solutions to promote the sustainable development of Por-poor tourism.Benefits of the poor is the core of Por-poor tourism.Only to enhance mass participation for guaranteeing their benefits and helping them to get more opportunities from tourism development,can we improve their ability to overcome poverty step by step and realize the sustainable development of the poverty-stricken area's economic and society.Finally we achieve the goal of accurate tourism poverty.
