Employment is the people's livelihood,the upgrading of the industrial structure can not only realize the healthy economic development,but also can promote the rational allocation of labor in the industrial structure and flow,so as to promote the increase of total employment.On the one hand,the upgrading of the industrial structure to promote sustained and is very important for Anhui province in the central region has strategic significance in the rise of economic growth;on the other hand,Anhui province has abundant human resources endowment,solving the employment problem has been a great and arduous task at present and in the future a long period of time.Beginning in 2007 the implementation of the strategic industrial province of Anhui Province,the industrial development has greatly promoted the economic development of Anhui Province,but the industrial sector as the main carrier of the labor force,the transformation and upgrading of the industrial structure is bound to coordinate development as the foundation,the rapid development of potential industrial sectors will affect the agricultural sector and the service sector.The development and the industry's ability to absorb employment and relatively weak,so the employment of Anhui province has caused tremendous pressure,which is contrary to the industrial structure upgrade health and promote the coordinated development of the scale of employment growth and employment structure,the paper is based on this.Based on the above research background,first briefly introduces the theoretical basis of this paper,mainly including the industrial structure and the employment theory and factor intensity theory,and reviews the domestic and foreign research results about the employment effect of industrial structure upgrading;and then use the statistical yearbook of Anhui province and the national statistical yearbook.The related data for the corresponding treatment,the use of industrial structure deviation coefficient model and the entropy effect model to analysis the impact on employment overall upgrading of industrial structure;further based on the factor intensity of the internal structure of industry and services are stratified using multiple linear regression,the regression model of Almon polynomial The impact on employment and upgrading the internal structure of industry,the establishment of a simple linear regression model using a series of test indicators of Anhui province service industry industrial structure upgrading is an empirical study on the impact of employment.Through the study found: the process of upgrading of industrial structure in Anhui province in the small pulling effect of total employment,the overall employment elasticity coefficient remained at about 0.1 of long-term,rate of change of industrial structure is faster than the change of employment structure and employment structure of the low level of industrial sectors;internal industry structure upgrade on total employment promotion With less labor intensive,promote industry and technology intensive industry on employment effect,inhibition of capital intensive industries to the labor force,to further study the capital deepening but has a crowding out effect on employment and promote economic growth,the substitution effect of the development of heavy industry on employment in the period,and only in the short term benefit In the long term will inhibit the employment service sector employment;internal labor intensive industry,capital intensive and knowledge intensive industry has a strong ability to absorb the employment,but the service industry to upgrade the industrial structure into the bottleneck,to further expand the employment capacity.Finally,put forward the following suggestions with the conclusions of the study: first,to develop long-term strategy to upgrade the industrial structure;second,adjust the industrial structure of industrial sector to promote employment growth;third,Bottleneck Breakthrough service industry structure;fourth,increase of labor force training;fifth,improve the labor market mechanism.
