Research On The Impact Of Industrial Structure Upgrading In Guizhou On The Optimization Of Employment Structure

Guizhou was originally based on agricultural development as the main income of the provinces,the economy is relatively backward,the three industries to economic benefits play different roles at different stages.Since reform and opening up Guizhou Industrial Structure With economic development with gradual adjustments,the corresponding structure of employment is changing,there is a lack of coordination between the two,upgrading the industrial structure is not optimized to drive a corresponding employment structure,abnormal interaction between the development is bound to give a negative impact on economic growth in Guizhou.Therefore,how to drive to optimize the structure of employment in Guizhou when upgrading the industrial structure is needed to solve the problem at this stage,which is to promote economic development in Guizhou has a very important role.Effects of the current industrial structure upgrading of Guizhou employment structure optimization literature less,almost no literature in this area,and the impact study industrial structure upgrading of employment structure optimization primarily at the national and provincial other aspects,these studies mainly through in two ways: First,qualitative research,the second is based on empirical analysis of time series data,two methods have their value in different periods of China's economic development so far research method gradually enriched and perfected.This article is based on the original academic research methods,based on the comparative analysis,descriptive statistical analysis,empirical analysis,industrial structure upgrading in Guizhou employment impact of structural optimization.Firstly,the industrial structure,upgrading the industrial structure theory of employment and employment structure upgrade will be described,followed by quantitative analysis of the evolution process and the status quo of Guizhou industrial structure and employment structure of three stages of the industrial structure and employment structure on the line descriptive statistics analysis,focusing on the use of empirical analysis from the perspective of Guizhou 1978--2014 three times industrial output and employment data,cointegration obtained between the three industries in the employment structure and industrial structure cointegration relationship,then use the structure deviation degree and employment elasticity,comparative labor productivity deviation from Guizhou industrial structure and employment structure upgrading the line between cause analysis results: the first industry labor surplus,the outward transfer difficulties;the second industry is not high degree of industrialization,employment growth is slow;the first three single industry structure to absorb underemployment stamina.Finally,empirical analysis done earlier article summarizing concluded: the first industry to consolidate the foundation of agriculture,speed up the modernization of agriculture and urbanization process,and further transfer of surplus labor force;the secondary industry to be rich combination of industry,the second industry to absorb the increase for a job;the tertiary industry optimize the industrial structure,and gradually achieve their employment dominant role.
