Research On Risk Management Of Langfang(Chinaunicom) FTTH Access Network Transformation Project

In the era of Internet + and speed reduction,Chinaunicom has accelerated the pace of optical fiber transformation,paving the way for a faster,wider and better quality network for the society and the public.The project management and risk management are becoming more and more prominent through the construction of the project.Based on the langfang FTTH access network renovation project risk management as the research object,comprehensive analysis of the project risk and explore measures to deal with risks,compared before and after risk coping,the ability of the whole project risk management.Firstly,this paper introduces the reasons and background of FTTH access network reconstruction project,and puts forward the importance and necessity of carrying out project risk management.Secondly,the paper introduces the project management,project risk and project risk management theory,the risk identification,analysis,evaluation,response and so on the different stages had in-depth study and research,try to risk management process of systematic and transparent.Again,in this paper,the renovation project of the FTTH access are discussed and found that the risk management problems,combined with the theory of risk management,project risk for the modification of the FTTH systematically discussed,including risk identification,risk analysis and assessment,to identify significant risk,high risk and general risk of project,etc.Puts forward the feasible measures of risk.The effect and influence of risk response on project management are compared.This paper focuses on the risk management of FTTH reconstruction project in communication engineering.
