| Because high technology-intensive, wide range, much investment and long continuity are the features of communication engineering projects, there will be lots of risks in them. Based on these, it is inevitable for those communications enterprises to improve the level of project risk management to reduce the loss and get more profit.In this paper, firstly, I described the features of communication engineering projects and the process of risk management; secondly, I analyzed the process of risk evaluation of communication engineering project explicitly; finally, with the case of Guangdong Telecom, I summarized the application of risk evaluation method in communication engineering projects. |
