Based On The Scrum Theory S Software Company Project Management Optimization Design

The development of the times and the improvement of the social informatization have stimulated the rapid development of the software industry.To meet the changing needs of customers and fully seize market opportunities,each software company is trying hard to make its own adjustments.Scrum is a kind of agile management theory for software projects.It has been accepted and used by large software companies both at home and abroad.However,many domestic small and medium-sized software enterprises still adopt the traditional backward software project management,which urgently needs this advanced management method and systematic software project management scheme.The S software company is a domestic medium-sized software enterprise,by seizing the industry opportunity,it's business scope is becoming wider,the following business demands are also rising,although the company has made some changes on the original project management,the output efficiency of software projects has not improved significantly,new problems and contradictions have also appeared in management,which need resolving and improving urgently.Firstly,this paper introduces theory of software project,agile project management and development history,content of Scrum.Secondly,taking S company as an example,this paper analysis it's organization,software development process,project support tool usage and personnel performance management mode,then discover problems among theirs,proposes concrete improvements and systematic optimization design.Finally,this paper puts forward funding,ideas,institutional safeguards on the implementation of the scheme.So far,in domestic software industry,the number of small and medium-sized software companies is in the majority.I hope this paper can provide reference for domestic software industry through analysis of the S company's software project management.
