With the development of Internet plus,enterprises must seize the market while innovating.So products must be confirmed to get high profits and customers.Enterprises are eager to choose high-rewarding projects from numerous R&D projects.Therefore,this article will discuss about the way of making general evaluation for the development stages of the R&D software projects.Firstly,I will identify the scope of research according to the literatures of project evaluation at home and abroad.Having learned from books and other experts,I'm familiar with the common research methods of this field and model of evaluation.Using SCRUM can solve the problem of unreasonable evaluation resulting from disaccord between its process and deliverable.Stage evaluation can be well transformed into DEA order of similar decision units which have the same input and output.On this basis,the thought of solving multiproject evaluation combining SCRUM with the DEA model of common weights will be presented.Secondly,I set the most suitable input and output index for multiple software project evaluation by referring to software metrics,especially the target-driven metrics definition GQM model and metrics triage PSM model.Then unnecessary index can be removed.The enterprises must pick out the best evaluation system,which is beneficial to developing strategies and plans.They should avoid using invalid excessive metrics.Thirdly,the model is improved on the basis of the DEA method as the common weight in the maximization of enterprise efficience,which can lead into the Input-CCR model with Archimedes infinity to calculate and sort for efficience,by comparison,it is better for sorting.Multivariate linear programming and dual programming is calculated by explaination of evaluation principle and operation steps,while using Matlab and Lingo tools that can reduce the complexity of calculation and insure its correct rate.Finally,common decision unit can be abstracted from a case analysis of Agile projects in some software companies,which bases on weight coefficient of common decision unit as common weight,and the other decision units use common weights for efficient computation and soreing.According to dual programming,it can perform analysis of slack variable for invalid decision units,improve input entities,and reduce input risks,which is able to realize the maximization of enterprise value.
