Research On Scrum Based Agile Project Management Deployment Architecture In Software Enterprise

In current market conditions, development teams must develop faster and deliver high quality, more customer value and innovative products. Software development mode should change from foresight (treat plan as driving force) to adaptability (uncertainty exploration), in order to meet customer demand for innovation. Suit with that, project management also need to emphasize speed, mobility and quality. A project management method different from the traditional structure, improvement or innovation, Agile project management was born.Aiming at this, combining with many years practical work experiences in the IBM on European software outsourcing project management, through analysis of Agile project management theory, I summarized Agile project management value and put forward a complete set of Agile project management deployment model based on Scrum.In this paper, we hope to help software enterprises. Through better improve the project quality, control delivery and improve customer satisfaction, software enterprises can constantly improve software project implementation and management ability. Further more, it will increase customer confidence in investment to create greater value for the enterprise.
