The Analysis And Research On The Present Situation Of "School District House" In Beijing

Before March 17th,2017,the housing price in Beijing soared,and the price of "school district house" was even higher.The families who have lower and middle income can't do anything about the sky-high price of"school district house",if they want to obtain high-quality education resources.So that educational inequality appeared.What does educational inequality have to do with the "school district house"?What's the deepest cause of the "school district house" in Beijing?What social problems does the "school district house" create?I try to analyze these problems with the methods of literature review,statistical analysis,comparative analysis and so on.I choose 114 key primary schools and the average prices of the"school district house " around them to study.These schools are located in Xicheng,Dongcheng,Haidian and Chaoyang district,where include the largest number of "school district house" in Beijing.In recent years,according to the birthrate trend,we can predict that the high quality school district resources are scarce,which will continue to last for some time.Then I use the theory of radical egalitarianism,the basic theory of public policy,the principles of public economics to analyze the present situation,the problems and the root cause of the "school district house " in Beijing.In order to realize the equality of education,I come up with some reasonable proposals.The research is closer to the people's real life and reflects their needs,which is of great significance to promote the realization of educational equality.First of all,the government has introduced a new policy which means renting and purchasing houses will share the same rights.If this new policy can be carried out perfectly,it will be of great help to ease the problems of“school district house".Few scholars mentioned the study of the new policy before,that's good news for me.Secondly,in view of the present situation of "school district house" in Beijing,I have made a series of objective and reasonable school choice strategies for parents,which has a strong practical value.
