| China began to attract foreign investments at the end of 1970 s.Foreign direct investment mainly concentrated in the second industry,in which manufacturing accounted for a large proportion.For a developing country like China,manufacturing is the largest industry.But it still has many problems,such as production cost,delivery time,production efficiency and quality and there is a big gap between China and other aspects of the same industry in a foreign country.Its reason lies in the lack of domestic enterprise management technology,which makes them unable to adjust the new situation of international manufacturing.Now there is a fierce competition in the global manufacturing industry.Enterprises have a civilized,clean and orderly production site,which is very important.Domestic firms have always emphasized the civilized production.Its purpose is to hope that enterprises have a clean and tidy working environment,but the production site dirty phenomenon is everywhere.Most companies have many provisions and regulations,but few rules are followed.In view of these phenomena,the 5S field management theory put forward by Japanese enterprises in the production practice can effectively improve the quality of enterprise on-site management.This paper takes A company as an example and introduces the present situation of 5S management in the production workshop and office area,including the internal and external environment,implementation and outcomes.Some shortcomings were found existing in the process of introducing 5S.These problems led to the system cannot go on for a long time,which truly become a face job.In this case,combining with the main features of A,such as the diversity of product types,the flexibility of production mode,and the humanization of management concept,the optimization measures were creatively put forward according to the 5S management theory.The purpose is to let 5S became part of the corporate culture and top management.Some helps and reference values may be provided for the relevant domestic and foreign enterprises and managers who want to carry out 5S. |
