Management Of HD Machinery Manufacturing Company Stock

Inventory is related to every process of production operation. Sufficient inventory reserve assures enterprise to get smooth production, but excess inventory brings risks to capital turnover of enterprise; thence it is very significant to launch rational and effective inventory cost control. In machinery manufacturing enterprises, there is not only the higher inventory percentage and higher management difficulty, but also more extensive reference. Focusing on HD company in the machine manufacturing industry which is regarded as the object of study, following the thinking of "To find problem, analyze problem and solve problem", the inventory management of such company is researched in the thesis.Starting from the theory, the thesis provides the overview to the research achievements of scholars at home and abroad for inventory management, elaborates the relevant concept and theory, and completes the knowledge reserve, then makes field investigation on HD company to know about and seize the status quo of its inventory management, analyzes the existing problems and reasons according to the status quo, and finally proposes the specific optimization measures purposely, i.e.:to re-set corporate inventory management function via organization reengineering, utilize improvement and perfection of business as the carrier of implementing effective management, make detailed description on business improvement, realize the fine and complete control of the whole process by improving the inventory budget, purchase, warehouse-in, warehouse-out, disposal, and accounting to the management of raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products in the production process, and then implement the comprehensive inventory management. Meanwhile the scientific inventory management methods are introduced. The ABC classification management method is applied together with the CVA analysis method to classify the inventory and plan the key points of inventory control. This thesis finally proposes to introduce the ERP management information system to construct enterprises informatization.
