After 30 years of reform and opening up in China's economy,the mode of rapid growth has slowed down gradually,and the society has entered the period of deep adjustment and transformation.The traditional industries are facing reform and adjustment,and the catering industry is at the crossroads.Only changing the traditional mode of extensive management and establishing a refined,intensive and industrialized management and management.In order to realize the transformation of catering in the new era,we must be able to seek new economic growth points.Under the declining traditional industry mechanism,there are no excellent business and business models.Only through the breakthrough of tradition,transboundary,reform and innovation can we cultivate excellent business models,achieve higher quality innovation mechanism,and improve the success rate of business under the refinement and consumption upgrade.The transformation of catering industry must be accompanied by labor pains and opportunities.This study takes my own founding enterprise,xi xiang as an example,to analyze the development history of O2 O catering enterprise growing up under such a new era of Internet,as a case study in the field of Chinese food,reform and innovation,and integrate the advantages of the policy of entrepreneurship,and form the sample of promoting and promoting the innovation of modern service industry in China.The development and progress of Chinese food is to make the traditional Chinese food classics marketized,standardized and internationalized.It is the first time that China has adopted the "smart cooking" fast food chain brand,and has made great research on the cooking environment of Chinese food.It is a revolution in Chinese food industry to standardize and produce intelligent Chinese food.Synchronization,the entrepreneurial ideal of xi xiang,and the traditional Kun Opera culture,let fast food delivery carry the responsibility of transferring the IP culture of Kun Opera,and then promote the Chinese culture.It is in the context of the double innovation of technology and humanities that a new Chinese flavor fast food model has been established.Through entrepreneurship and innovation,it has created a model brand of Chinese food in the new era.At the beginning of its founding,xi xiang has laid the idea of multiple combinations to achieve standardization of Chinese food production,culture and wisdom coexist,catering industry and capital market integration.This idea is adapted to the needs of current social development and has been verified in practice.This paper analyzes the successful experience of xi xiang 's entrepreneurial process,and then explores the future development path of Chinese catering industry through a comprehensive analysis of the case.Its path includes standardized management,construction of a learning organization structure,effective marketing strategy,and a good brand image.Cultivate excellent entrepreneurial culture and so on.I hope this research can play a certain reference role for Chinese fast food business innovation management in the future.
