China has long food culture, and is famous for the "delicious meal". A sharp economic rise is due to an open door policy. The people's living standard is enhanced and the life rhythm is speeded up .All of them bring a powerful economic and market base for the entrepreneurship of Chinese fast food. With the nearly speed increase of annual 20% for tens of years ,fast food already has become the important strength to support the meal trade to keep on development in our country.Entrepreneurship is a most interesting commercial practice now. Entrepreneurial management, as a new management subject, focuses on all of the entrepreneurial management issues.According to the practice, the article's object is to research the entrepreneurial elements of Chinese fast food. At first, the article summarizes the entrepreneurial theories, and takes on the main theories as the base of all the research. Second, the article compares the Chinese fast food with western fast food , according to weakness and strength. Then the article confirms the entrepreneurial management elements. Third, through the element's management and innovation, the article solves the question about how to manage the entrepreneurship corporation of Chinese fast food. At last, the article summarizes all of the research.As a new subject, the entrepreneurial theory has not achieved an integrated system. This research analyzes many entrepreneurial theories and summarizes some useful theories as the base of all the research, just like innovation theory, element theory, entrepreneurial procedure theory and corporation life-cycle theory. In our country, entrepreneurial research is very deficient now. The article is a new research in the subject. Focusing on the entrepreneurship of Chinese fast food, the article not only uses new theories, but also uses many methods, including system research, comparison research, case research and so on. The article deeply analyzes the new themes which are standard management, entrepreneurial culture and entrepreneurial brand and so on, holding the primary question precisely in the entrepreneurial procedure. The article emphasizes the innovation of management element, according to the development fact of Chinese fast food.As an active leading for the entrepreneurial phase, the article is a combination of entrepreneurial management theory and Chinese fast food entrepreneurship. Just like this, the article will lead the entrepreneurship of the corporations like Chinese fast food and second entrepreneurship, innovation or innovation by itself to success.
