With the development of society and the increasing competition of the market,the organization must develop more effective management methods to maintain its competitive advantage.As a result,more and more organizations are recognizing the importance of employee strength.How to motivate more employees to express their opinions and voice is an important issue and it should be considered by organizations and managers.As an important embodiment of employee's positive behavior,employee voice behavior has gradually become an issue of concern in the field of organization and management.Organizational climate,as a perception of staff perceiving organization,connects organization and employee relations,and has important influence on employee behavior.Therefore,this article starts from the organizational climate,discuss the influence of organizational climate on employee voice behavior,and introduced the perceived insider status the paper as a moderator variable to analyze the mechanism of internal action between variables.In this article,first through a study on the research background described the purpose and significance of research.Then,through the search and reading of both domestic and international literature,summarized the research status of three key variables of organizational climate,perceived insider status and employee voice behavior and sorted out the relationship between each variable.At the same time,on the theoretical basis,constructed the theoretical model of organizational climate,perceived insider status and employee voice behavior,presented the theoretical assumptions of this paper.According to the relevant maturity scale,the questionnaire was designed and the data was collected through online questionnaire survey.After that,through the corresponding empirical analysis,the influence of organizational climate on employee voice behavior is discussed,and the moderating effect of perceived insider status is further verified.At last,the research conclusions of this paper are discussed,and the limitations and implications of this study are presented.Through the combination of theory and empirical research,this paper mainly draws the following conclusions:(1)Organizational climate has a positive impact on employee voice behavior.(2)High perceived insider status is encouraging employees to voice behavior.(3)Low perceived insider status has a significant inhibitory effect on employee voice behavior.(4)Organizational climate positively influences the perceived insider status.(5)The perceived insider status has an obvious moderating effect on the effect of organizational climate on employee voice behavior.On the basis of the above research conclusions,some practical opinions are put forward for optimizing the organizational climate,the perception of insiders and the employees' s voice behavior.For example,establish a fair organizational climate,enhance the sense of organization temperature,construct the multi-channel staff recommendation platform and so on.This paper hope to provide favorable help for enterprises to create better organizational climate and employee's voice behavior.
