The structural reform of the supply side is the inevitable choice of our country to adapt to the new economy and lead the new normal state.The resettlement of the workers is the key and difficult point in the process of structural reform.The resettlement is not the process of resettlement workers,It is not only related to the smooth implementation of enterprise restructuring,to maintain stability,to meet the requirements of building a harmonious society.But also related to the restructuring of enterprises in the reorganization after a strong vitality and sustainable development capacity.At present,a large number of state-owned enterprises in China in the process of transformation,exposed the legitimate rights and interests of employees was ignored,staff placement difficulties,large-scale workers laid off social instability,lack of transparency in the restructuring process,economic compensation is not in place,laid-off and other difficulties.Based on the perspective of supply-side reform,this paper analyzes the theory and current situation of the resettlement of state-owned energy enterprises from the empirical investigation of the production capacity of the large energy companies of Pingdingshan Shenma Group.The paper puts forward some suggestions on how to solve the resettlement of Pingmei Shenma Group workers in order to carry out scientific human resource management for coal enterprises in order to carry out scientific human resource management for coal enterprises.Provide the theoretical basis to help the coal enterprises in the process of production capacity to effectively solve the problem of resettlement,and promote the long-term development of coal enterprises.
