Study On The Utlization Efficiency Of Agricultural Water Resources In Shandong Province

Water resource is the source of life and it has rare characteristics.The rapid development of industrialization and urbanization makes water resources more and more important for economic development.As an important part of water resource consumption,agricultural water use pattern will inevitably lead to low efficiency,which will make the balance of supply and demand more difficult to coordinate.Scientific research analysis of real utilization of agricultural water resources,and the improvement of its use efficiency according to the current situation,especially the improvement of agricultural water which accounts for a large proportion of module efficiency are urgently needed.This paper focuses on the current situation of the utilization efficiency of agricultural water resources in ShanDong as well as the main factors affecting the utilization efficiency of agricultural water resources in ShanDong.Taking Shan Dong as the research object,and the research of utilization efficiency as well factors as breakthrough point,this paper analyzes the current situation of the utilization efficiency of agricultural water resources in ShanDong and finds the influencing factors to adjust.By reading a large number of literature and referring to the research methods of domestic and foreign scholars,this paper summarizes and makes a research system suitable for studying the water efficiency of Shandong agriculture.By using The DEA analysis and Malmquist product index method analysis for Shandong province through analyzing the current situation of agricultural water use efficiency,and then using the factor analysis method from ten extracting key factors affecting the public factor,this paper concluded the main factors influencing the water use efficiency of agricultural production in Shandong province.It can be concluded from the research:(1)Shandong agricultural water resource utilization efficiency is increasing year by year and the technical efficiency is relatively high,but scale efficiency needs to be improved.According to the data analysis during the past 16 years of 17 cities in Shandong,in the first place,Shandong province agricultural water use efficiency presents an upward trend in average,the total factor productivity index is more than 1.Shandong agricultural water use efficiency,of which pure technical efficiency values are above 0.984.It can be concluded thatalthough the pure technical efficiency of agricultural water efficiency in Shandong province is high and increases year by year,the scale efficiency value needs to be improved.(2)the efficiency of agricultural water resources utilization in Shandong province is very different between cities.According to the 17 city data on the whole,the comprehensive efficiency of the Donga is much lower.But the comprehensive efficiency of the growth of I Nan Ding Ado is higher,among which the amplification of An Kai is the largest.In terms of total factor efficiency and technical efficiency,the TFP index of local cities shows that,in the past 16 years,all cities have witnessed growth,with a growth rate of 7.2%--16%,and the growth rate is quite different.Agricultural water use efficiency of various cities in Shandong province can be drawn from pure technical efficiency value is relatively high,but the scale efficiency value in the lower level needs to be improved,.The scale efficiency of 17 cities in Wei fang is of the medium level.The efficiency of the water resource utilization of the rest16 cities were above 0.9,but the city scale efficiency of Wei fang,Dining,Pliny,Changeling is not ideal.(3)The scale of agricultural production and the level of economic development in shandong agricultural water resource efficiency are subject to scientific adjustment.Based on factor analysis,ten input indexes were taken into consideration,and the factor analysis variables were analyzed by factor analysis,and the factors of agricultural economic development and scale factor of agricultural production were obtained.The level of agricultural economic development is explained as “the higher level of agricultural economic development,the higher the agricultural water efficiency value will be”.The scientific adjustment of agricultural production scale and reasonable layout can improve the utilization efficiency of agricultural water resources to a certain extent.Through this study,the regional agricultural water use efficiency differences between shandong cities.Technical efficiency doesn't match with scale efficiency.It needs adjustment in the allocation of resources,regional configuration as well as the level of economic development.The scientific adjustment and rational layout of different factors in different regions can effectively improve the utilization efficiency of Shandong agricultural water resources.Based on the present situation and problems of the agricultural water use efficiency in shandong province and the key factors influencing the efficiency of measure,with resources reasonable allocation and efficiency as goal,according to different regions and different factors have focused on the improvement of agricultural water use efficiency this paper put forward the corresponding policy recommendations.
