Research On Rural Tourism Development In Henan Province Based On The Perspective Of Precision Poverty Alleviation

China's tourism industry has been developed rapidly since 2000,along with the urban resident's improving life standard and increasing enjoy leisure time.The tourism industry,here is called one of the smokeless industries,has become a pillar industry in some areas,the tourism industry plays more important role to pull the regional poverty population out of poverty and promote regional economic development,Under the background of advocating green development pushed by central government.“China rural tourism” was determined as tourism theme by National Tourism Administration in 2006.In 2017,the central government work report noted that rural tourism,leisure tourism and region-based-tourism will be the main heading direction of tourism.The rural tourism has become an important way for the poverty population and poverty areas to accelerate the development of agriculture and rural areas,to realize the new urbanization,agricultural modernization and to build a Well-Off society.The rural tourism is at the stage of carrying out the process of precise accuracy for poverty alleviation of poverty.In the Reports of the19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the strategy of rural revitalization was put forward.To realize rural revitalization,we must pay full attention to rural tourism,it is one of the important paths for rural revitalization realization.This paper believes that the rural tourism is a composite industry involves many fields.It is a giant industry that needs various departments to work together to promote its development.And it is highly industrialization and ecological comprehensive industry and the newly third industry in rural area.Henan Province has a giant workload for poverty alleviation,poverty population amount and poverty area are at leading position among provinces in China.But normally,in poverty area,natural tourism resources are abundant and assembled there.In recent years,the policy of tourism to promote rural poverty alleviation is frequently issued in Henan province.The Government office of Henan province issued the 13 th Five-Year tourism industry development Plan,noted that 800,000 people will overcome poverty through the development of rural tourism during2016-2020.It is an important opportunity to promote the realization of poverty alleviation and comprehensive development,Combine the development of rural tourism and targeted poverty alleviation effectively in Henan.We can see rural tourism in Henan province has achieved a series of achievements,However,the development of rural tourism also brings some practical problems.There are six chapters in this paper.The first chapter is the introduction,brieflyelucidates the background,significance and research methods of this study and summarizes relevant researches at domestic and overseas.It mainly explains the relevant concept and theoretical basis of targeted poverty alleviation and rural tourism theory in the second chapter.The third chapter focuses on the development of poverty rural areas and the development of rural tourism in Henan province.The fourth chapter introduces the successful experience of Luanchuan county.The fifth chapter is some countermeasures and suggestions for the development of rural tourism in Henan province.The sixth chapter is the last part,which is the summary part of this paper and the conception of the future development of rural tourism.
