Study On Targeted Poverty Alleviation Of Tourism In Baligou Scenic Area

Poverty is the biggest obstacle to the construction of a well-off society in China.In recent years,targeted poverty alleviation has always been the focus of attention of the country and the public.Since general secretary xi jinping proposed targeted poverty alleviation in 2003,China has made great efforts in poverty alleviation and found various problems along the way.Tourism poverty alleviation,as a kind of "hematopoietic" poverty alleviation,has the characteristics of strong driving force,diversified income sources and quick results.Taking baligou scenic spot in xinxiang city,henan province as an example,this paper analyzes the current situation of poverty alleviation through tourism in baligou scenic spot from the perspective of targeted poverty alleviation,finds out the problems existing in the process of poverty alleviation through tourism,and proposes some solutions and strategies for the problems.Since the launch of baligou scenic spot tourism poverty alleviation work has achieved obvious results,"love business stall" project has greatly improved the enthusiasm of residents,residents actively participate in tourism and benefit from it to achieve poverty alleviation.Combining with the research status at home and abroad,of poverty,poverty alleviation,tourism poverty alleviation,poverty alleviation,such as the concept to define,and combined with the poverty cycle theory,stakeholder theory,and the theory of sustainable development theory basis,through the form of questionnaires,ditch scenic area tourism poverty alleviation situation accurately in the eight data analyses,respectively from the scenic spot survey and advantage,poverty alleviation and conditions,demographic characteristics,tourism poverty alleviation of relevant information and so on are analyzed.This paper summarizes the problems existing in the targeted poverty alleviation work of baligou scenic spot.In the process of research,the author made a field visit to baligou scenic spot and the natural villages in the scenic spot,and talked with the relevant personnel in the scenic spot.A questionnaire survey was conducted in three natural villages,namely,neihe temple,songshu ping and huilong village,to obtain first-hand data on poverty alleviation through tourism.Through the data collation and analysis of baligou scenic spot tourism poverty alleviation problems:(1)poor population quality is not high,serious ideological solidification.(4)tourism poverty alleviation participation mechanism is not perfect rural infrastructure is still to be improved.(6)tourism targeted poverty alleviation policy publicity efforts are insufficient,poor target poverty alleviation,lack of professional poverty alleviation personnel.In view of the above problems,corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward.First,carry out education and training to improve professional skills;second,improve participation mechanism to guide industrial innovation;third,optimize infrastructure and strengthen policy publicity.
