With the rapid development of market economy and increasingly fierce market competition,more and more enterprises realize that excellent human resources have gradually become the core competitive advantages of enterprises,and employee engagement is the core of human resource management.The key to human resource management is to improve employee engagement,motivate employees to work hard,promote the overall performance of the company and promote the implementation of the strategy.However,as an important issue in the field of human resource management-employee engagement,theoretical research in the academic field is far from enough.In order to achieve a high degree of professionalism of employees,enterprises often enhance their recognition of organizational values and missions.At the same time,enterprises offer more career opportunities to employees with high professional dedication,so that enterprises and employees can continue to develop and achieve win-win goals.This paper first analyzes and summarizes the research results about employee engagement at home and abroad,puts forward its own understanding of employee engagement definition,and induces and compares the driving factors of employee engagement,and finds effective ways to investigate employee engagement.This paper uses the business investigation,factor analysis,statistical analysis,qualitative and quantitative analysis,difference analysis and empirical analysis and case study method,on the basis of the third party consulting agency data analysis platform,combining with the actual data of Chongqing A automobile company results of employee engagement survey,using the relevant theory and method engagement analysis combined with human resource management and the actual survey results,analyze the factors influencing the key driver of employee engagement,and the core driving factors of points,identify their own strengths and areas for improvement.To improve the existing problems,guide employees to invest in the company's emotion,commitment and wisdom,so that it converge into the source of the company's sustainable development.Based on the research and improvement of employee engagement theory and the thought and method of modern human resource management and business management,this study investigates employee engagement in Chongqing A automobile company.The research content includes the analysis of the company facing the management of painpoints,select the company more than 90% employees and more than 50% workers as samples to participate in the investigation,the questionnaire is designed to meet the different groups of employees,according to the different questionnaires to design different ways and means of investigation,systematic analysis of the questionnaires,to determine the existence of employee engagement the problem,according to the found problems and puts forward improvement measures,the following year again employee engagement survey combined with organizational performance results.It is hoped that through the results of the investigation and Research on the employee engagement of A motor company,it can be used for reference for other automobile industry enterprises.
