In the new era and the fierce competition in the market, to cultivate team spirit ofdedication is the development of private enterprises China the inexhaustible source ofpower. At present, many enterprises have be indifferent to the survival anddevelopment of the staff of the enterprise, the lack of a sense of responsibility andloyalty, inertia, problems of poor awareness of self-discipline, seriously affected thedevelopment of enterprises, cultivating the staff’s spirit of dedication is the enterprisesto consider seriously. Understanding the current situation of employee engagement,analysis of the causes of lack of professionalism, and puts forward the specificcountermeasures in accordance with objective practice, contribute to the country’sthriving and prosperous, with advantage of enterprise human resources developmentand promotion of the economic benefits, but also a powerful guarantee of success oftheir employees. The spirit of love and dedication of staff training and education,enhance their sense of belonging to the enterprise and sense of ownership, so thatemployees make full use of their talents and creativity in their jobs, which are of greattheoretical and practical significance for the development of enterprises andemployees, the national construction progress.The article is divided into five chapters.
