Research On The Present Situation,problems And Countermeasures Of Foreign Capital Utilization In Agriculture In Henan Province

In today's world,the connections between countries and regions are accompanied by the increasingly close economic globalization.Foreign direct investment as an international capital,has become an important factor in the development of the region as the wave of globalization has flowed to all countries in the world.In order to develop their own economies,countries have embarked on a development path that attracts foreign direct investment.As a major economic country in developing countries,China has continuously increased its degree of openness to the outside world since the reform and opening up,and has actively attracted and utilized foreign direct investment.With more and more fierce competition in foreign investment,how can China make better and more effective use of foreign direct investment has become the consensus of all provinces to accelerate their economic pace.Since the reform and opening up to the outside world,with the rise of the Central Plains,the "Belt and Road Initiative," and the supply-side structural reforms,Henan Province has ushered in a new opportunity for economic development under the national support policy and the efforts of the provincial government.With the help of the government and enterprises,Henan Province has made great use of foreign direct investment,but compared with the entire country,especially the eastern coastal areas,there is a big gap in the scale,level,industrial distribution and investment environment of foreign capital utilization.In particular,Henan,as a large agricultural province,uses foreign direct investment in agriculture as a proportion of total foreign investment,which is relatively small compared to other industries,compared with Henan Province's overall utilization of foreign investment,agricultural foreign investment has lagged behind.The process of agricultural industrialization and intelligent transformation in Henan Province has been accelerating,and agriculture has become one of the key areas for foreign direct investment.However,in the process of using foreign capital in agriculture in Henan Province,there are problems such as difficulty in introducing foreign capital,single use of foreign capital as the main business entity,and insufficient advantages in the policy of utilizing foreign capital in agriculture.This article takes Henan province's direct use of foreign direct investment in agriculture as the research object.The total amount and scale of foreign investment in agriculture from Henan Province,the main investment sources,the source countries of investment,the distribution of provinces and cities in the interior,actual utilization rate,economic benefits,industry comparison,and regional comparison In these aspects,the development status and existing problems of foreign direct investment in agriculturalutilization in Henan Province were analyzed,and a comparison was made between the level of foreign investment in agriculture in China and the situation of foreign investment in agriculture in Hunan Province and Shandong Province.After the problems existing in the use of foreign capital in agriculture,the countermeasures and suggestions for the rapid development of agricultural foreign investment in Henan were proposed.Through analysis,this paper concludes that,at present,the problems existing in the agricultural foreign investment utilization in Henan Province are as follows: First,the main sources of foreign investment in agriculture are not widely used,mainly in Hong Kong,Taiwan,Japan,Singapore,and the United States.Second,the scale and total amount of foreign capital used by agriculture in Henan accounted for a small proportion of the total use of foreign capital.Thirdly,Henan's agricultural foreign capital utilization rate is low,and the small-scale and decentralized operation system of agriculture is difficult to adapt to the large-scale and industrialized operation of foreign investors.The direct cost for farmers to contact foreign investors is relatively high.Fourth,the strength of Henan's agricultural investment institutions is weak.Therefore,in order to improve the quality and efficiency of Henan's foreign investment in agriculture,we can improve the investment environment of Henan's agriculture and increase the amount of investment for agriculture;promote the diversified development of foreign investment in Henan;increase the utilization rate of agricultural foreign investment in Henan and promote Henan Economic Development;Encourage foreign-funded enterprises to cooperate with farmers and promote the combination of foreign capital and China's agricultural system.
