Comparative Study On The Development Level Of County-level Urbanization In Aksu Prefecture

The urbanization at county level refers to the social and economic process that the rural population and non-agricultural industries are constantly concentrating on County towns.Improving the level of urbanization at the county level is an important means to improve the efficiency of agriculture,the increase of farmers' income and the stability of the rural areas.It is an inevitable requirement for building a well-off society in an all-round way.It is an effective way to reduce the difference between urban and rural areas and promote the coordinated development of urban and rural areas.It is also an important guarantee for the realization of the construction of a new socialist countryside.As an important part of Xinjiang's southern Xinjiang,Akesu should go out of a road of urbanization suitable for its own characteristics,combined with its own special district situation,and under the strong support of the new round of central government work in the central region.According to the relevant literature,the research on the development of urbanization is very rich,but the development level index system of county urbanization is constructed with the development of county urbanization as the basic research unit,and the comparative study of urbanization development level by the relevant statistical methods is not much,especially the county urbanization in Akesu area.The development is less and less.Based on this,this article on the basis of previous research,selected eight counties in Akesu as the basic research unit,first of all,from the population transfer,industrial development,living standard three aspects of the development of the eight counties in the Akesu area of the comprehensive analysis of the development of urbanization,in order to excavate the shortcomings of the development process of urbanization and to be real Secondly,according to the characteristics of urbanization development,the evaluation index system of five aspects of economic development,population index,education level,social life and ecological environment is constructed,and the development level of urbanization in eight counties of Akesu area is evaluated by means of factor analysis;finally,the development level of urbanization is evaluated.Put forward the relevant countermeasures and suggestions.The results of the study are: on the one hand,the ranking of each factor score.In terms of economic and demographic indicators,Kuche county has the best development;Kuche county has the best performance in the ranking of education level;Baicheng county has the best performance in the ranking of social life;the speed of industrial development is the best in Xinhe County,and the ecological environment,the best performance of the county.On the other hand,the overall ranking of urbanization level.The development level of urbanization in the eight counties of Akesu is from high to low to Kuche County,Baicheng County,Xinhe County,Wensu County,Sha Ya county,Awati County,Wushi county and Ke Ping county.
