Study On The Development Of County-level New Urbanization In Changfeng County

With the development of urbanization,the development of new-type urbanization shows the continuous improvement of the level of development,the speed of development has improved significantly,and gradually become an important part of promoting the development of national economy.In this context,the analysis of the impact factors of new urbanization development,the study of the impact level of various factors on urbanization,has an important role in improving the level of urbanization and promoting economic development.Specifically,this article analyzes the research background and significance of the article firstly,and then on the basis of summing up the connotation research,the theoretical research,the development law,the influencing factors and the process of urbanization in China,elaborating the research content and the main application of the research methods,and summarizes the innovation of this paper and possible shortcomings.This paper expounds the connotation of urbanization and new urbanization,and briefly combs the theory of Marxism urban-rural development theory,urban-rural dualistic structure theory,traditional agricultural transformation and transformation theory and so on,and as the theoretical basis to constructs the model.Secondly,the development status of Changfeng County is analyzed from the four aspects of industrialization,urban-rural income gap,urban new employment and urban environment.Generally speaking,the urbanization development of Changfeng County is as follows: the industrialization and urbanization shows a whole promote each other;Urban and rural residents income level is relatively low,the absolute gap between urban and rural incomes gradually increased,the relative gap between urban and rural residents is relatively small;urban employment fluctuations have increased;the problem of environmental pollution further aggravated,and the coordinated development of the environment is inadequate.Thirdly,the paper analyzes the impact of each factor on the new urbanization of Changfeng County from the aspects of economic development,industrial development,science and technology education,population transfer and infrastructure.The results show that :economic development plays an important role in the development of urbanization,but there is a problem that economic development and financial institutions do not coordinate;The role of industrial development for the development of urbanization is relatively small,the proportion of secondary and tertiary industries is relatively low,there are some unreasonable industrial structure;The investment in the science of education is still insufficient;the growth of the labor force is not synchronized with the improvement of the quality;the infrastructure construction is relatively perfect,adapting with the current needs of urban development.Based on this,the ARIMA(2,1,2)is established to forecast the urbanization rate of Changfeng County in the next six years.The result shows that the trend of the urbanization rate of Changfeng County is increasing year by year,or will usher in accelerated growth stage,and develops gradually to the new urbanization in the late.Finally,combining the positive results of influencing factors and the successful experience and lessons of new urbanization development in the developed countries of the United Kingdom,the United States,Japan and Korea,the paper puts forward some policy suggestions to promote the development of new urbanization in Changfeng County,such as optimizing the industrial structure,cultivating the characteristic industry;focus on developing the science and education to expand the county,training high-quality personnel;perfect urban and rural infrastructure construction,coordinating the development of the urban and rural;innovating the way of development,and promoting sustainable development.
