Nowadays,most of the industry's economic growth is slowing down,but tourism,as a "sunrise industry",is still showing a trend of rapid development.As a typical modern cultural tourism resource,the historical blocks have attracted the attention of the industry in recent years.With the continuous and rapid development of domestic tourism,the tourism service of historical and cultural blocks has gradually developed into an important bargaining chip for the competitors.Only by making a perfect service marketing strategy and improving the reputation and reputation of the scenic area can we realize the sustainable development of the tourist attractions in the management.In this paper,the domestic and foreign existing service marketing theory and customer value theory based on the on-the-spot investigation and case research methods,focusing on the five Avenue Tianjin scenic area service marketing present situation is analyzed,according to the analysis of the problems of Tianjin tourism scenic area of five avenue of service marketing strategy was formulated and studied and discussed,hoping to establish a Tianjin five Avenue tourism service marketing mode.In the development of service marketing strategy of Tianjin tourism scenic spots on the five Avenue,focus on product,price,channel,communication,presentation and service personnel,the process of these 7 elements,as far as possible to make the tourists get maximum satisfaction,which effectively enhance the satisfaction.According to the characteristics and the actual five Avenue,the distinctive tourist products,such as the city light rhythm tour,western culture,people park sports tour tour,block compound culture tour,believe that several characteristics of tourism products to maximize the potential of tourism development of five avenue.
