Study On The Exit Decision-making Behavior And Influencing Factors Of Different Households' Housing Sites

In recent years,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China has issued a series of relevant policies on the withdrawal of homestead,and the withdrawal of homestead has become a widespread concern in all sectors of the society.Although the ownership of the homestead belongs to the rural collective,the right to use the homestead belongs to the peasants.Thus,farmers are the ultimate main body of behavior during the withdrawal of homestead.Farmers’ decision have a decisive effect on the homestead exit,the main factors which will affect the farmers’decision-making behavior clear,will propose some suggestions on the problems of the current policy of the homestead exit,speeding up the homestead exit process,so as to better protect the rights and interests of farmers,promoting the development of rural economy,improve rural land use efficiency.In this paper,three different locations are selected to analyze the factors that affect the decision-making behavior of farmers.First,overall situation analysis of the study area,select a different location on the basis of the case village,village case basic situation analysis;secondly,the village basic data collection of case questionnaires and interviews were analyzed according to the data of the status quo and problems of residential land;thirdly,according to the analysis of motivation and obstacle research collected data on Farmers’ basic characteristics,decision-making behavior,to withdraw from the homestead;finally,selected variables using the ordered Probit model of the overall situation analysis and difference analysis of the influencing factors of farmers’ decision-making behavior,and draw the corresponding conclusions and puts forward some suggestions.Through the research and analysis of survey data,the impact factors of farmers’decision-making behavior,at the same time,learn from the successful experience of other areas of homestead exit,put forward the following suggestions:before the homestead exit,to solve the employment problem of farmers;improve the social security system,to solve the rural Homestead exit policy menace from the rear;need to focus and for on the existence of multi set and exceed the standard;the family,take out of the compensation and compensation for the use of a combination of measures;to non farm families,take exit based compensation measures.
