On The Perspectives Of Farmers To Analyze That Willingness Of Quitting And Influential Factors Of Rural Homestead

The homestead is the guarantee for the survival of the farmers. At present, China's homestead existences some problems, such as exceeded the standard, unreasonable planning, illegal occupation, housing idle and other phenomena. The government pays high attention to the issue of homestead, and promotes the pilot work. The survey date of this paper is based on Xinjiang Turks County 154 farmers from eight villages. There are two types of farmers:one is the ethnic group which divided into two types of Han and minority. The other type: high-multiple occupations farmers, medium-multiple occupations farmers, low-multiple occupations farmers. Application of SPSS20.0, Logistic regression was used to research the impact of different types that farmers homestead exit factors, and then draws the conclusion.Through the analysis of different types of farmers homestead exit influence factors, the paper shows that:firstly, the different types of farmers have obvious differences in the impact of the homestead exit. Exit decision of the Han Chinese farmers mainly affects the family is the basic characteristics of individual farmers and their families, while the main influence exit decision of minority households is the existing policy and the living conditions of satisfaction, such as whether to find the withdrawal, away from the urban area of satisfaction; secondly, Farmers' family and the endowment of homestead had significant influence on the deviation of the inertia in this investigation. No matter what type of farmers, the head of the household is changing, the joint consultation has become a trend; then, the family and the homestead endowment have a significant impact, such as the number of family members, the number of migrant workers, the residential area and other significant impact on the choice of Farmers' homestead exit desire; thirdly, the cognition about the policy of the withdrawal's homestead needs to be improved. Whether to understand the homestead exit policy and the concern of the unemployment problem are the factors that affect the farmers'willingness to quit; finally, according to the quit question, we come up with the concrete countermeasures and advices. First of all, we should keep our eyes on the influences of minority cultures on the exit of residential lands. Secondly, we should promote the employment of farmers and the social insurance about the withdrawal of homestead. Thirdly, we need to propagate policies and the strength of encouragement about the withdrawal of homestead thoroughly. Besides, jinstitutions of homestead's withdrawal should be regulated and the risk prevention mechanism of homestead's withdrawal should be set up.
