K Research Institute Development Strategy Research

In recent years,transportation has been developing rapidly,which reflect in the transportation infrastructure facilities have developed not only in quantity,but also in quality.Meanwhile people raises taller requirement to the infrastructure facilities,such as safety,wisdomand environmental protection.Only if the research institutes know the development tendency of the transportation industry,and combine their own conditions with environmental conditions to establish a scientific development strategy can they develop in a steady manner under the environment of more changing need.Today,the competition becomes more drastic,and as a public R&D institution,institute K must have correct development direction and strategy that make a long-term perspective,adapt to the internal and external situation and overall development plan.Thesis takes institute K as research object,and use research methods of enterprise strategic management to synthetically study a comprehensive long-term development strategy and to set a guidance for institute K through this research.Thesis is divided into seven parts.The first is an introduction covering the specific destination,significance.relative reviews,research contents and methods of the thesis.The second one is the theoretic basis including theories of strategy management.The chapter three introduces the basic condition,present situation and problems of institute K.Thesis in the fourth chapter analysis the development environment institute K faces from the macroscopic aspects,industry competition environment and the enterprise itself,and on this basis,puts forward development strategy of institute K from applying SWOT analysis method.According to the above analysis,the chapter five puts forward the guiding ideology,strategic goal,strategic positioning and strategic choice of enterprise development strategy.The sixth chapter of the thesis puts forward the concrete implementation plan and the safeguard measure of enterprise strategy.The last chapter of the thesis is the conclusion,which summarizes the whole thesis.This paper,in theory and practice,applies the general theory of strategic management to the strategy research of research institute.Not only has practical guiding significance for the future of institute K,but also provides the reference and instruction for other research institutes in the same industry.
