Research On The Integrative Development Of Central Plains City Group

With the development trend of economic globalization and regional integration,the degree of mutual penetration,mutual influence and interdependence among various countries is deepening,and urban agglomeration is slowly becoming a new unit of global competition.The central plains urban agglomeration not only plays a role in connecting north and south,linking east and west,but also is an important node of the global economic network.the 2014 national new urbanization plan proposes to speed up the development of the central plains urban agglomeration.the official issuance of the central plains urban agglomeration development plan notice in 2017 will push forward the construction of the central plains urban agglomeration to a new height.Compared with other urban agglomerations,there are relatively few studies focusing on the central plains urban agglomeration,and most of them are mainly qualitative studies.This article applies literature research method,empirical research method and empirical research method.We will try our best to understand the coordinated development of central plains urban agglomeration.based on the indicators of urbanization,city's first position,industrial structure softening degree,and economic correlation degree,we will find out the problems existing in its integrated development and the factors that affect its development.we will also give suggestions for promoting the integrated development of central plains urban agglomeration by combining the " central plains urban agglomeration plan" and the strategic suggestions for the coordinated development of urban agglomeration in the new national urbanization plan.Through the analysis of the current situation and problems,I found that the central plains urban agglomeration is not strong in nuclear power,the core cities do not promote the integration sufficiently,the urbanization development is not harmonious,the industrial softening degree is low,the structure is unreasonable,and the link between the industrial chain and the integrated development of urban agglomeration is not close,the economic connection degree between cities in urban agglomeration is not high,and the traffic integration is not in place.Through studying the clear urban positioning in the development of new York city group,the coordinated development of urbanization in Paris city group,the experience of the integrated development of Pacific coast city group,the cross-regional coordination mechanism and the top-level planning guarantee of the government,this paper puts forward some countermeasures for the integrated coordinated development of central plains city group: the integrated development is driven by one core to a multi-polar pattern ofone core,the coordinated development of urbanization in central plains city group is optimized,the scientific and technological innovation investment in the industrial chain of central plains city group is increased,the " strong chain" and " complement chain" are realized,the dislocation development between industries and the urban positioning are clarified,the transportation network integration in the city group is perfected,so as to strengthen the economic connection between cities and solve the " last kilometer" and other problems,and combine thePossible innovations of this article: the scope of study is mainly the core urban development areas(14)in the 2017 central plains urban agglomeration plan.The demonstration and data supplement to the central plains urban agglomeration integration;Based on the new urbanization strategy of " building smart,economical and ecologically livable cities" and the 19 th congress of the communist party of China's " pursuing quality improvement,unified planning,coordinated development of large,medium and small cities and urban-rural integration development,reasonably determining the functions and industrial positioning of large,medium and small cities",this paper puts forward the countermeasures for the integrated development of central plains urban agglomeration.
