Since the reform and opening up,the number of cities has been increasing and the scale of cities has been expanding.The urbanization rate in China increased almost forty percent from 1978 to 2015.The record of urban population has been refreshing due to more and more famers moving to cities.The urbanization has entered into a period of rapid development.The lack of supportability,change capacity and adaptability in resource environment,economic base,social situations,infrastructure and public services have leading to a series of "unhealthy" problems of cities.The traditional development model is obvious not suitable for the social transformation.So it is time to submit "healthy urbanization"development philosophy.Based on the connotation definition of the healthy urbanization,the evaluation index system of the healthy urbanization was established which included the status index system and resource environment support system index system.The Entropy method and linear weighing sum model were used to study the status system of the healthy urbanization.The coupling harmonious degree model was used to research the resource environment support system.Then divide the comprehensive development area of healthy urbanization.On the basis of above study,explore the path for the healthy urbanization in CPER.The results are shown as follow.(1)The temporal spatial characteristics of healthy urbanization in CPER.The statue system,the whole level has been improving.The high and relatively high development level of healthy urbanization areas most distributed in the northwest while the low and relatively low development level of healthy urbanization areas most located in the north and northeast.The development level of healthy urbanization occur the "Matthew effect",the spatial pattern is tattered.The high development level of healthy urbanization areas were good fitting with Zhongyuan Urban Agglomeration.The resource environment support system,the coordinated development degree has been increasing.It exist the serious disorders,the moderate disorders and the mild disorders in 2005.It only exist the mild disorders and the threatened disorders in 2013.The Theil index of the coupling coordination degree reduced,the spatial difference became smaller.(2)The spatial correlation characteristics of healthy urbanization in CPER.The statue system,the Global Moran's I experienced a process from low to high and then reduce,but the last phase was higher than the base period.The degree of the spatial concentration was significant.The significant high-high type occurred stably in Jiaozuo and Zhengzhou.The significant low-low type occurred in the southeast of CPER and the area has been reducing.The significant high-low and significant low-high type occurred in Huaibei and Yuncheng in 2010 and 2013.These areas' polarity effect was obviously.Resource environment support system,the Global Moran's I index in 2005 and 2010 pass the significant test.While the Global Moran's I index in 2013 did not pass the significant test which indicant that the degree of the spatial concentration was weak,tending do random distribution gradually.(3)By the analysis of the healthy urbanization from the statue system and the resource environment support system,divide the CPER into six comprehensive development areas.In consideration of the problems which exist during the process design the universal path and the individual path.According to the common problems of the healthy urbanization designs the universal path,build the eco-industrial system to ensure the dynamics of the healthy urbanization,save resources and protect the environment to promote the subsystems of the healthy urbanization coordinate development.According to the individual problems of the healthy urbanization designs the individual paths for the comprehensive development areas of healthy urbanization.
