Analysis On The Influence Of The Agricultural Labor Force Transfer On Farmers' Income Structure In Anhui Province

Due to the reform of Chinese economic market,the advancement of urbanization,and the development of agricultural industrialization,the rural surplus labor force began to shift to the secondary and tertiary industries.The flow of agricultural labor to non-agricultural industries has increased the non-agricultural income of rural residents,and at the same time,weakened farmers' dependence on land.This will not only promote the advancement of rural land circulation and urbanization,but also be conducive to the coordinated development of urban and rural areas and the integration of urban and rural areas.Since the reform and opening up,the income of wages and per capita disposable income of rural residents in Anhui Province have continuously increased.However,compared with the national level,the total amount and proportion of wage income need to be improved.Raising the non-agricultural employment rate of rural residents and optimizing the income structure of rural residents are the guarantee for the steady increase of income of rural residents in Anhui Province,and also the key to promoting the harmonious development of rural economy and narrowing the income gap between urban and rural residents.The paper takes the transfer of agricultural labor force as the entry point to explore the relationship between the transfer of agricultural labor force in Anhui Province and the income structure of rural residents,and is divided into five chapters.The first two chapters are part of the theoretical analysis.The main research background and significance of the study,the research ideas,methods and contents,theoretical basis and domestic and foreign research literature are introduced.Chapter III mainly deals with the transfer of rural labor force and income of rural residents in Anhui Province.The status and changes in income structure have been analyzed from multiple perspectives.The fourth chapter is the empirical part of this paper.Firstly,it introduces the data sources and index selection.Second,it tests the stability of the time series data.Furthermore,based on the previous research foundation and the actual situation,it has constructed Anhui.The VAR model between the province's agricultural labor force transfer and rural residents' income structure;Finally,after correlating the model,impulse response analysis and variance decomposition were performed,and the empirical results were explained.The fifth chapter summarizes the conclusions of the research according to the results of the previous theoreticalanalysis and empirical analysis,and puts forward corresponding policy recommendations based on the conclusions.The main conclusions of the article are as follows: First,since the reform and opening up,the scale of transfer of agricultural labor force from Anhui Province to the non-agricultural production sector has been continuously expanding,and it shows phased and regional differences.Second,in recent years,the education level of the rural labor force in Anhui Province has continuously improved,that is,the human capital for education in the agricultural transfer labor force is increasing.Third,the per capita disposable income of rural residents in Anhui Province has been increasing year by year.However,there are differences in the income levels and changing trends of the 16 cities within the jurisdiction of Anhui Province.Fourth,the income structure of rural residents in Anhui Province is constantly changing.The main manifestations are the continuous increase in the proportion of wage income,the continuous decline in the proportion of family operating income,and the significant increase in the proportion of transfer income.Fifth,from the VAR model's impulse response function and variance decomposition results,we can see that the transfer rate of agricultural labor force and the education human capital of agricultural transfer labor force have a significant role in promoting the proportion of rural residents' wage income,and both are within the forecast period.Both have an enhanced positive effect.The role of economic development in raising the proportion of rural residents' wage income is volatile,but with the passage of the forecast period,the final performance is a sustained positive effect.
