In recent years,with the rapid development of knowledge economy,the competition among enterprises is mainly reflected in the competition of talent in the enterprise.Talent is the significant resource of the enterprise,and it becomes more and more important.In order to promote better and faster development of enterprises,it is necessary to establish a large-scale professional manager team.Professional managers are the backbone of the enterprise management team,and accelerate the cultivation of a large number of outstanding management experts and professional managers.It is a major task for Chinese companies,especially state-owned enterprises.However,the state-owned enterprises in China have not yet established a sound professional manager team.Whether they can have excellent managers and whether the company’s internal managers can become professional,how to become professional and professional development has become a state-owned enterprise.Whether it can be an indispensable factor in the fierce competition.At the same time,achieving the professional development of managers is not only an inevitable requirement of the mixed ownership reform of state-owned enterprises,but also an inevitable requirement for managers to reflect their own life values.Therefore,under this background,the system deeply studies the professionalization of managers and explores and reveals that the main factors that affect their development have significant theoretical and practical significance.Based on the background of the implementation of mixed ownership reform by state-owned enterprises,the article uses literature and questionnaires to explore the influencing factors of managerial professional influencing factors,and concludes that the influencing factors of managerial professionalism include five aspects,and empirical knowledge is used to derive occupational knowledge.Professional certification and professional attitude are the main factors affecting the professionalization of managers.On the basis of empirical research,policy suggestions were made to accelerate the professionalization of managers of state-owned enterprises in China.
