With China's economic development and social progress,all kinds of large-scale projects such as the west east gas pipeline,high-speed rail,aircraft carriers and other ongoing projects,especially in recent years,in the "The Belt and Road" strategy under the guidance of a large number of enterprises to go abroad,the implementation of the project in overseas.The differentiation of project production organization is more and more obvious.Project management is crucial to the implementation of project results.The quality and level of project management determine the success of the project.In practice,cost,quality,and progress are three important and inseparable indicators that determine the success of a project.The realization of these three indicators is related to the progress of the project.Especially the cost and progress,the success or failure of these two indicators is directly determined by the schedule and control.The project schedule and control are the core modules of the project management theory knowledge system.The network planning is a scientific method to manage and control the progress of the project.Network planning is a technique that uses the network to represent the work and the time required,and the relationship between the various jobs.Through the network analysis,the relationship between the cost of the project and the time limit of the project is studied,and the key route in the preparation of the plan and the implementation of the plan is found out.The main feature of the network planning technology is the overall arrangement,the utility model has the advantages of reasonable arrangements for the production of complex technology,there are various projects and is closely linked to the number of inter departmental work plans,such as the development of new product,project,production equipment overhaul plan etc..It can also be applied to the arrangement of human,material and financial resources,as well as the reasonable organization of reports and documents.Network planning technology plays a more and more important role in planning management of engineering projects.It is an important tool for compiling construction schedule,resource requirement planning and organization arrangement.Through the optimization of the network plan,the construction cost can be saved,the quality of the project can be improved,the construction period of the project will be shortened,and good economic benefits can be brought to the enterprise.Therefore,the optimization research of network planning has important practical significance for the realization of the overall goal of Engineering projectsThis article takes CTIEC company as the research object,starts from the theoretical overview of network planning technology,expounds the origin of engineering network planning technology,the research status in domestic and overseas,etc.;combs the basic theory of engineering network planning technology,outlines the engineering project management theory and network planning technical classification,principle and model;explore engineering network planning optimization methods from three perspectives of duration optimization,cost optimization and resource optimization;detailed analysis of construction tasks undertaken by a project office of CTIEC company,using network planning technology,research and optimize the projects from the duration constraint and resource constraints,making the project on the basis of the original duration,not only saves the construction period,but also solved the constraints of human resources,laid the foundation for the successful completion of the project,as well as fully proved the value of the network planning in the construction project schedule.
