A Study On The Relationship Of Organizational Embeddedness,individual Learning Ability,and Innovation Performance Of R&D Personnel | Posted on:2019-07-14 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | Country:China | Candidate:Y L Wang | Full Text:PDF | GTID:2359330548451366 | Subject:Business Administration | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | Under the conditions of open economy,the competition mode and competitive content of enterprises are gradually transferred from the traditional market competition and the cost competition to the talent competition ? management innovation and technological innovation based on talent.As the executor of the innovation activities,R&D personnel play an important role in enterprises,their innovative attitude and innovative behavior have a direct impact on the improvement of enterprises' innovation performance and competitive advantage.How to effectively develop and utilize innovative talents of enterprises and improve their innovation performance has become the focus and difficulty of the theoretical research and practice management department.Especially,traditional incentive has converted into hygiene factors,the embeddedness theory provides new ideas for the development and incentive of innovative talents.This paper discusses the influence of organizational embeddedness on innovation performance of R&D personnel from the perspective of learning abilit,and establish a relational model throuth summing up and reviewing of relevant theories at home and abroad.After collecting relevant data for empirical research,we tested the assumption model by using structural equation modeling.The results reveal that organizational fit,organization sacrifice and organization connection all have a significant positive effect on the innovation performance of enterprise R&D personnel,but the moderating effects of learning ability are not exactly the same between these.Learning ability does not play a regulatory role in the relationship between organizational sacrifice and innovation performance.Therefore,we provide theoretical support and constructive suggestions,such as constructing of knowledge sharing platform and improving the organization embeddedness of R&D personnel,to improving innovation performance. | Keywords/Search Tags: | R&D personnel, organizational embeddedness, innovation performance, individual learning ability | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
