In 2016,Baosteel Co.,Ltd.absorbed WISCO in the form of share replacement to implement joint restructuring.WISCO.started operation.The key to the reform of WISCO is to quickly adapt to the new positioning and new operation mode of WISCO.WISCO.needs to understand the real psychological cognition of employees to mobilize the enthusiasm and creativity of employees;this can promote the integration of Baowu Group's restructuring and give full play to its advantages in corporate restructuring.Through literature research,this article expounds the related research and theoretical foundation of corporate governance model and psychological cognition,and introduces the theoretical basis of corporate culture that plays an important role in enterprise integration.Then,this article combined with the operation of WISCO.and made an analysis,summed up the seven major factors in promoting in the management and control reform of the WISCO.For the employees' psychological cognition,this article summarizes six important aspects based on the combination of practice and theory.As for the important role of corporate culture in corporate restructuring,this article points out the three most important aspects of WISCO and extracts the most important factors for each aspect.On this basis,this paper has prepared a questionnaire survey of the company employees,and then statistical analysis of the questionnaire survey data obtained.Finally,the paper gives the corresponding suggestions based on the results of statistical analysis.In the course of the research,this article analyzes the theoretical basis of the related research of management and control,psycho-cognition-related research,and corporate culture-related research combined with the actual operation of WISCO,and extracts relevant relevant factors.In this paper,the statistical analysis results of the questionnaire survey data indicate that five of the seven important control factors affect the psychological perception of employees.They are Change of control mode,Comprehensive advancement of reforms,Process optimization,Platform collaboration,Change in corporate positioning.Three factors play the role of intermediary variables,they are The fusion of corporate culture,Employee Care,Historical and cultural identity.The other two control factors have no obvious effect on employees' psychological perception.They are Integration of content,Production efficiency optimization.In response to this result,the paper gives corresponding recommendations.This article through the combination of qualitative research and quantitative research methods,to contribute to the reform of WISCO.
