Following the economic development and reform deepening of our country, enterprises here will face intensive competition from both at home and abroad. Thus, establishing the modern enterprise system has become an inevitable approach for development of state-owned enterprises."People Oriented" has been an important ideology for an enterprise. Many enterprises have concerned about HR management. Furthermore, remuneration management as the nuclear content of HR is higher concerned because remuneration issue is directly related to individual benefit of labors themselves and also influences the dealing fruits of enterprise.Remuneration issue originates from developed countries, so their successful experiences in this aspect are worth drawing from. But influenced by historical, cultural, political, and economic etc factors, there exists larger gap between the remuneration of our country and that of advanced countries. In this dissertation, through researching the theory and successful experiences toward remuneration drafting and remuneration management of developed countries, coordinated to the actual conditions of our country, I conduct a design and analysis toward the remuneration and excitation mechanism of 'Kunming Changlichunying Plate Spring Co., Ltd', which was recombined from the original 'Kunming Steel Plate Spring Co. Ltd'.This dissertation is divided into the below three parts:First of all, aiming to the recombination, I conduct a demands analysis toward the staff remuneration system of Kunming Steel Plate Spring Co. Ltd. Through analyzing the new development of remuneration rules both at home and abroad, comparing the differences of remuneration rules, I investigated and analyzed the remuneration system structure and its exploitation technical route of the new company.Secondly, the staff's remuneration and excitation plan of the new recombined company will be stated in the following 5 aspects:a) With a reference to the basic theory of organizational structure, analyze the environment of the new company, and conclude the organizational structure of the company;b) Based on the job description of each position of the new company after recombined, conduct the working design and work evaluation of recombination;c) In accordance with the requirements of present staff of Kunming Steel Plate Spring Co. Ltd and after recombined, design and perfect the manning frame of the new company;d) Through summarizing the organizational system frame, manning frame, working design, and work evaluation etc of enterprise recombination, design the remuneration and excitation plan of the new company; ande) Put forward the aspects that should be paid attention for remuneration management, and establish the remuneration management mode of after recombined.In the end, conduct an evaluation upon the drafted remuneration and excitation plan from the three angles of external competitiveness, internal fairness, and enterprise economic characters.This dissertation is designed utmost for investigation in theory and practice upon establishment and reform of enterprise remuneration and excitation system of our country, and also minute contribution to development of the unit where the writer is working.
