Small Appliance Listed Companies R&D Input And Output Efficiency Analysis

With the continuous development of the Chinese economy under the guidance of the world economy and the improvement of people's living standard,the income that can be distributed is also constantly increasing.The people's pursuit of small household electrical appliances is also getting higher and higher,and the demand is also getting more and more diverse Greatly enhance the growth of small home appliances space,but also increased the pressure on the competition in the small household appliances industry.After 30 years of reform and opening up,the development of small household appliance industry in China has shifted from the assembly of traditional workshops to a more complete industry consisting of front-end research and development,medium-term integration with international industry standards,and conversion into product production and post-marketing.system.Especially leading enterprises,small appliances listed companies,formed with a certain capacity of production scale and a fairly complete technical level of production management ecosystem.However,due to the low threshold of small household appliances industry,the introduction of technology,start-up capital requirements are not high,many companies around the world began to get involved in the field.Therefore,the competition in the domestic small household appliances industry is more and more fierce,resulting in the decline of operating efficiency in the industry.Listed companies as representatives in the industry,R&D input-output efficiency is the core of the company's innovation,is a tool in the harsh industry competition stand out from the company,plays an important role in the company's overall competitiveness.Therefore,the research on the R&D input-output efficiency of small-appliance enterprises listed in China will have a very important influence on the company's resource allocation and development direction.In this paper,we use the Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA)to analyze the R&D input-output efficiency of listed companies.It can effectively analyze the multi-input and multi-productive system,that is,combining mathematical principles and applied mathematical programming model,The relative validity of "relevant departments" or "units" with single or multiple inputs and single or multiple outputs.According to the measurement and analysis of the corresponding data of each DMU(related unit or department),whether it is valid or valid is judged whether or not the DMU can be positioned on the "frontier" of the defined production set.Determine the structure of the production frontier is the effective use of DEA principles and models,DEA and therefore can be seen as a non-parametric mathematical statistical estimation method.The main contents of this paper are divided into theoretical basis,model analysis and empirical research.According to the theory and reality,we collect relevant data through the network,analyze all the annual reports of small appliances listed companies from 2015 to 2016,and select 17 listed companies as the decision-making Unit,the use of input-output theory,the establishment of the model to develop two key input indicators and six output indicators,but also can meet the decision-making unit is greater than 2 times the sum of input and output indicators.Through the DEA model,this paper analyzes the comprehensive effectiveness,technical efficiency value and scale efficiency value of R&D input and output among different enterprises,and draws the difference between each enterprise and the research reason.Combined with the relevant financial data and the company's current development and industry trends,the small household electrical appliance enterprises made relevant recommendations.The research results to a certain extent,the listed companies or are planning to develop small appliances more understand the company's development direction.Also hope to give stock market investors a certain reference value.
