Research On The Influence Of Dual-entrepreneurial Learning And Entrepreneurial Patchwork On The Survival Performance Of New Firms

At present,entrepreneurship has become the focus of the people's attention.There are a group of entrepreneurs and entrepreneurial enterprises emerging in the society.They lead the development of China's economy and ignite people's entrepreneurial enthusiasm.Entrepreneurial and new enterprises,as the source of emerging economic development,play an important role in promoting technological change,promoting structural adjustment and industrial upgrading.Although it is an era of entrepreneurship and innovation by all people,there are few real entrepreneurial successes.New companies have sprung up,and the speed of disappearance is staggering.The success rate of entrepreneurship is less than 30%,so the issue of survival is the focus of the entrepreneur's primary concern.Compared with other types of enterprises,new companies are often subject to resource constraints and are struggling to create and grow.Therefore,how to reduce the impact of new resources on the number of new companies is a hot topic of research.At the same time,various entrepreneurial training classes and counseling institutions have emerged in the community.Some preaching practices throughout the country are also in fiery.It is waited to be conducted whether these different forms of entrepreneurial learning have really played a role in promoting entrepreneurial success.Firstly,this paper combes the research status of the dual-entrepreneurial learning,entrepreneurial patchwork,entrepreneurial network,and new enterprise survival performance at home and abroad,this study lays a theoretical foundation for the study and builds the impact model about the new company's survival performance to a dual entrepreneurial learning and entrepreneurial patchwork pair.In the empirical study,the theoretical ideas and questionnaires were revised through semi-structured interviews and pre-investigations with entrepreneurs.Questionnaire surveys were conducted using online platforms and offline distribution methods.We use SPSS and Amos to analyze the results.Empirical analysis and several important conclusions have been drawn:Dual-entrepreneurial learning has a significant positive impact on the new enterprise'ssurvival performance and entrepreneurial patchwork.Entrepreneurial patchwork also has a significant positive impact on the new company's survival performance;dual-entrepreneurial learning plays a role in the path of the new enterprise's survival performance;the entrepreneurial network negatively regulates the relationship between the dual entrepreneurial learning and the entrepreneurial patchwork;the entrepreneurial network has no regulatory role in the entrepreneurial patchwork and the new enterprise survival performance.Different types of enterprises have significant differences in the use-based learning,exploration-based learning,entrepreneurial patchwork,and new enterprise survival performance of entrepreneurial learning.This paper studies the impact of dual-entrepreneurial learning and entrepreneurship on the survival performance of new companies,discusses the regulatory role of entrepreneurial networks,and enriches relevant theories such as entrepreneurial learning and resource-based theories to enhance entrepreneurs' awareness of learning and their adversary resources.The creative use and construction of entrepreneurial networks and the formulation of corresponding policies for the government and related functional departments all have corresponding practical guidance.
