Based on the questionnaire survey, this paper analyzes the influence of social capital and other factors on the integration of rural residents and puts forward feasible Suggestions. In particular, the essence of the research is to explore the trust, norms, network, and gender, education level, political affiliation, marital status, factors such as whether to land urbanized city into a significant impact.Using descriptive statistical analysis to analyze the basic situation of land acquisition urbanized personnel, and through the test the reliability and validity, identifying whether a dimensional model with representativeness and generality, and then use the relevant analysis to verify whether social capital and the city into a significant linear correlation, finally through the regression analysis to the concrete research, validation of social capital and its various dimensions for city into whether there is a significant effect. At the same time, the difference analysis was used to analyze the differences between the people of different genders, education degree, political status and marital status of different ages. After full analysis, according to the analysis results validate assumptions and targeted suggest let land urbanized workers better integrated into the city, let it from the inside out complete identity by rural peasants to urban residents. The process of urbanization is accelerating rapidly, and rapid urbanization will inevitably lead to the loss of land for some farmers and the necessity to engage in non-agricultural occupations.Farmers lose the land they depend on,meaning they have to deal with all the functions they attach to their land, such as security, employment and so on.,of course, from the macroscopic view, the urbanization process is helpful to better solve the problem of "agriculture, rural areas and farmers",but on the other hand,it also produced a large number of urbanized land expropriation,in this case due to some limitations of their own hard to landless peasants into urban residents of the socialnetwork, and faced with the ground is mandatory, shortness, completeness and the transfer of employment preparation is insufficient,so for them, losing land means they need to establish a new system of production and life, only in this way they can better adapt to the city,so the city into the problem is particularly critical, urgent need, pay attention to.
