| The outline of the Development Plan for the Yangtze Economic Belt,which was considered and adopted in March 25 th 2016,pointed out that the task of the industrial transformation of the Yangtze Economic Belt is arduous and the imbalance of regional development is prominent,so the innovation-driven strategy should be vigorously implemented.The upper reaches of the Yangtze River are an important part of the economic belt of the Yangtze River and an important growth pole in promoting the large-scale development of the western region of China.In the past 40 years of reform and opening up,the industrial structure of the upper reaches of the Yangtze River has undergone tremendous changes.Although the whole industry is becoming more and more reasonable,there are still some problems,such as the low quality of the whole industry and the slow upgrading,etc.In the process of industrial transformation and upgrading,industrial capital plays a leading and supporting role.The level of financial development and the optimization of financial structure are of great importance to economic growth and industrial transformation and upgrading.This paper explores the dynamic mechanism and influencing factors of industrial transformation and upgrading in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River.This research mainly includes the following three aspects:(1)On the basis of reviewing the relevant literature,combining the connotation of industrial transformation and upgrading,from industrial development,technological innovation,industrial structure,green development,The five dimensions of opening to the outside world have set up an index system of industrial transformation and upgrading.Through entropy weight method,the paper comprehensively evaluates and evaluates the current situation of industrial transformation and upgrading in four provinces(cities)in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River.(2)From the theoretical level of financial development promote the upgrading of comprehensive analysis of the transformation of industry,and explore its mechanism.And using panel data model from foreign direct investment,level of education,economic development,infrastructure construction and other areas of the financial development of promoting industrial transformation and upgrading of the influencing factors.(3)Based on the above theoretical analysis and empirical research conclusions,this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the financial development in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River to promote the industrial transformation and upgrading.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)Overall,the upper reaches of the Yangtze River 4 provinces industrial transformation and upgrading the overall level of low,there is a certain gap with the national level,in addition to Yunnan are showing increasing characteristics;industrial structure and opening up degree of fluctuation is not obvious;industrial development,technological innovation,green development showed a good upward trend.Provinces,provinces and cities the sub index for industrial transformation upgrade are obviously different.There exist many problems in Yunnan industrial transformation and upgrading,the overall competitiveness of the weakest;The comprehensive level of Guizhou is in the middle,and the level of green development is relatively high;Sichuan should pay attention to the green development and opening-up;Chongqing overall industrial transformation and upgrading development le vel is higher,but the industrial structure still needs to be strengthened.(2)Finance directly influences industrial transformation and upgrading through five direct channels,namely,capital flow,capital orientation,financial system,information disclosure and risk prevention,and can also affect industrial transformation and upgrading through economic growth.Technological progress and other indirect ways promote the adjustment of industrial structure.Through these ways,regional financial development can promote the rapid industrial transformation and upgrading in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River.(3)Financial development can promote industrial transformation and upgrading strongly,and the level of education,economic development and infrastr ucture construction can all have a positive impact on the process of promoting industrial transformation and upgrading in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River.However,at present,the financial development level in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River can not promote the FDI technology spillover effect.According to the above conclusions,from the implementation of the regional financial policy of leniency and differentiation,the introduction of foreign investment commensurate with the level of regional economic development,This paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions on how to accelerate the development of finance in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River to promote the industrial transformation and upgrading. |
