IT industry is developing rapidly,many companies have multiple systems at the same time under construction,multi-project management has become the current trend of project management.Some project managers use the traditional project management method to manage the project.As the number of management items increases,the managers become less energy and the project becomes uncontrollable.NA is a wealth management company,its information center manages information systems,and uses the traditional project management model to manage internal projects.With the development of time,NA company project increased dramatically,but the management did not increase.The number of projects responsible for the continuous rise,the project began a large-scale extension,to the end of 2016,per capita project is close to four,the project extension rate of 40%or more.There are three main problems leading to the current phenomenon of NA:First,the project manager is not enough resources,and will not continue to expand in a short time.Second,the use of resource pool resource management model,the overlap between the various resources lead to competition.The last is the frequent changes in demand,the traditional mode of slow response,resulting in the project extension.This article starts with the problems encountered by the NA company,analyzes the cause of the problem and looks for a solution.Combined with the current management model,that the characteristics of Scrum agile method can effectively solve the problem of NA companies.First,the team independent management,sharing the work of the project manager to solve the problem of lack of resources for project managers.Second,the training of complex talents to form a team,and throughout the project has always been to break the resource sharing model,to avoid resource scramble.Finally,agile methods advocate continuous iterative delivery to address the difficult problem of changing demand.The paper elaborates on these three problems and their solutions,and selects the author is currently responsible for the three projects as the implementation of the object,in the actual environment to verify the implementation of the program.After five months of implementation observation and comparison,to confirm the use of agile methods can effectively solve the NA company multi-project management problems encountered.Finally,it is concluded that the agile method is integrated into the project management mode of the NA company.According to the project,the appropriate management method can be used to solve the problems that affect the multi-project management of NA companies and finally improve the capacity of NA in multi-project management.
