Brief Analysis Of Project Operation Status And Optimization Of W Company With Enlightenment From Agile Project Management

Compared with traditional project management,agile project management is to develop usable product targets in a short period of time when customer needs are not clear,so as to continuously deliver valuable products or solutions to meet customer needs and help customers establish priority competitive advantage.It emphasizes more on coping with changes,is more suitable for solving complex problems,adapt to the changing,unknown environment,is the optimization of the traditional project management,improvement.Based on the theory of agile project management,we make a case study on the project management of W Company,which is transforming from standard business to order business.Firstly,this paper analyzes the project management environment of W Company by using PEST analysis method,and deeply analyzes the influence of external factors on W Company’s project operation theory.From two dimensions of organizational structure and operation cycle after analyzing the current situation of project management,through the analysis of the deficiencies in the organization and management of the project and the exploration of the problems in the operation cycle of the project,discusses the importance of the optimization improvement projects run using agile thinking,finally the optimization of W company project management put forward the concrete improvement scheme,and proposes the scheme of security conditions,the paper research conclusion.It’s found that:with the sales volume of W Company increasing year by year,the share of project orders is also increasing.It is of great strategic significance to ensure the stable and sound operation of the project for the long-term development of the company.And existing project organization structure and operation cycle has certain problem,is embodied in that project manager’s competence,for its lack of goal-directed attaches great importance to the project team,project delay problem is widespread,and communicate project status need to be improved,and using the construction of agile thinking mature since the management team,the customer value into the performance management,to strengthen the project schedule control operation,strengthen communication,can effectively solve these problems,to improve the performance of the project management.
