In today’s society, the competition of enterprises is becoming more and more intense. Customer demand for products and services has become more and higher. With the range of pre calculate, how to deliver the guaranteed quality and quantity products to customer in time has become a pressing matter for A company at the moment. The introduction of agile project management, meets the needs of A company to improve the traditional project management. By A company in the product development cycle of agile project management applications, analyze the problems and lack for A company in the use of agile project management, and then puts forward feasible measures for the improvement and implementation scheme to solve the problem, better agile play project management effect, the maximum profit for the company.This paper first briefly describes the research background and significance, research content and innovation and research ideas. Then this paper has drawn on the three factors of the A agile management to improve the effectiveness of the greatest impact, namely, the communication between the distributed team is not smooth, abnormal management mechanism is not perfect, agile management methods and systems are not perfect. On that basis, this paper has put forward improved scheme for A company software project agile management, including the SCRUM methodology of distributed team management, improving agile project management defect management optimization, continuous improvement of integrated management process, improving the agility project management system and guarantee system. Finally, the effect of the improved agile project management is predicted.
