| With the development and change of international environment,the modern freight forwarding industry has become promoting China’s import and export of basic services industries,in particular international freight forwarding companies which play a more important role in promoting the national economy is also playing an increasingly important effect.Ocean logistics occupy a very large proportion of the freight forwarding industry,the development of technology,market competition,so that enterprises in promoting their own development based on the search for a more efficient management methodology to accelerate change,and actively respond to customer and market demand.According to the theory of project schedule management and risk management,based on the analysis of the background of company D ocean logistics information system project,this article puts forward the problems of project schedule management and project’s risk.In the aspect of project schedule management,the article explores the WBS(Working Breakdown Structure)and responsibility distribution matrix of the project,evaluates the project duration by the CPM(Critical Path Method),and formulates the schedule of the project.For project risk management,the use of appropriate tools and methods for risk identification,risk assessment and risk response.The problems existed in the process of project implementation are analyzed and dealt with.The article can provide reference for the progress management and risk management of similar projects in Company D. |
